His focus is in repair and restoration of acoustic instruments from steel string & classical guitar to all of the orchestral strings and everything in-between. ​Joseph is known for his work in instrument restoration, using traditional methods, tools, and adhesives to maintain the integrity of rare and vintage instruments.  He specializes in both French Polish Shellac and traditional oil varnish, offering finish services and repairs. He is the founder of Baldwin Guitars and a musician, guitar builder, and repair specialist with nearly 30 years of experience in the music industry. His background includes touring, recording, producing, venue management, festival organization, and custom guitar building. Nate brings a player's perspective to every instrument he works on, focusing on repairs, modifications, and setups that improve tone, reliability, and performance where it matters most—on stage, in the studio, or at home.

James Lister is the founder of Lister Guitars and a custom guitar builder specializing in handcrafted electric, bass, and lap steel guitars. His experience designing and building one-of-a-kind instruments gives him a unique perspective on repairs, modifications, and setup work. James is known for combining creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to help musicians get the most from every instrument that comes through the shop.
